Abstract

The current paper sheds light on the human right throughout the history. This study puts forward the viewpoint that mostly held by most of the scholars that Iraq have not witnessed any systemic form of power save the dictatorial one. Then it focuses mainly on two axes: the first deals with stage in which the social forces spring due to the social necessity. The second deals with the stage in which the social forces stand for their on benefits.
