The goal of this research is the work of women and its dimensions in reproductive behavior, to achieve the objectives of the reseach ,a questionnaire consisting of 30clause was designed , after making sure of honesty and persistence , a sample of 55married working women was applied in the educational field are represented , by the university of Mosul , of the academic year 2017 / 2018 they were randomly chosen ,after the data processor statistically , the search reached a number of the most important , the work of women negatively affects their reproductive behavior and directly affects her family ,home and children and present them to psychological and social problems and to the weakness in social and family relations .
