As long as we are talking about women, Islamic law has not hesitated to define the frameworks through which it guarantees all the rights that women should enjoy financially and morally, as it is an important pillar of Islamic society. Despite the clarity of these rights, women still face many difficulties in life, at the forefront of which is the low perception of it and the role that it can play in the life of society and the family.
The Islamic Sharia has guaranteed a decent life for women. The Holy Quran has emphasized, on more than one occasion, the preservation of the dignity of women and the need to preserve it, and thus it is equal to the man in human value. The custom was underway to present human victims to the deity, and here God Almighty says: Likewise, for many polytheists, the killing of their partners is good for them to turn them away and clothe them with their religion.
The suffering of women is not caused by religion. Rather, it is caused by a mistake in perception and behavior by some towards women. Here it is necessary to emphasize an important issue, which is that women have jobs that they perform according to the nature of their formation, which differs from the nature of the formation of a man. Nevertheless, she and the man are on one line and one degree in terms of dignity Humanity should not confiscate its role and weaken its functional position in life on the pretext that it is a companion creature in its biological and emotional formation, unlike a man who has high physical and emotional strength that definitely qualifies him to occupy the center stage.
