Abstract

The subject of early childhood work is an important and dangerous topic in our time, as early childhood work constitutes a phenomenon consistent with the civilizational and social development that passes through our Iraqi countries, and it is also considered a violation of the provisions of Labor Law No. (71) of (1987) and Juvenile Welfare Law, No. ( 76) for the year (1983) and the agreements issued by the International Labor Organization, which have strived to organize it according to precise legislative frameworks, as well as its conviction of the need to eliminate the work of early boys gradually, urging members to provide the appropriate conditions for juveniles and young persons to establish it, valid and strong.
