Abstract

This research deals with The Islamic Kingdoms in Abyssinia (Ethiopia) in the book Masalik Al-Absar Fi Mamalik Al-Amsar written by Ibn Fadhil-Allah Al-Imary. The Author writes about the Muslim Kingdoms in Abyssinia after gaining information from conducting interviews with Ethiopian Philologists who have visited Egypt.Al-Imary has presented a rather small perspective of the geography of the area, specifically its borders in addition to the language of the population, and the widespread Hanafi school of (Fiqh) jurisprudence.
