Secularism which is supported by the United Stated poses itself on the groung in most countries didnt achieve the promising goals for which it was designed. This golobaliztion was rejected by most of the Islamic and Arab countries. Therefore U.S. opted for new stragey that is to fight against the virtual enemy, i.e the so-called terrorism. This imagenary enemy , in its turn , come out to be a real foe that threaten the U.S in every place. The present paper sheds lights on the American foreign policy towards what so called 'terrorism' taken into consideration Iran as modal for this attitude.
