Abstract

This research concludes clarifying the sections of interest in Islamic jurisprudence, and mentioning its controls and what is related to it. Relying on the book, the Sunnah, and what was reported from the companions and followers, the books of the doctrines of the four imams, and other fundamentalist books and scientific research. The research concluded that one of the sections of the interest is the consideration of whether the legislator considers it or not, so it was divided into: considered interests, canceled interests, and sent interests. The interests considered as an argument, there is no problem in its validity. The annulment is not an argument by agreement, and judgments may not be based on it. As for sent interests; The most correct, and God knows best, is that it is an argument with four conditions: that the interest be necessary, that it be total, general, and definitive, and that it be appropriate to the purposes of the Sharia.
