Various types of occupations suffered considerably from members of the society due to pressures and constraints. The working married women has suffered more than other negligence and shortcomings and lack of seriousness and effectiveness, thus becoming unable to bear the burden of responsibility rests with its members, so the discussion deals with obstacles encountered by the working married women since in 2003 in the readymade cloths factory in Mosul . The study includes samples of (100) married women. A method designed by the researcher to identify constraints on married working women, and the results show that the societal constraints top the other constraints.
