Vagrant children is of the outstanding phenomenon universally that is deep rooted in the history. It spreads in most countries with different averages. This study investigates the reasons behind this case. Similarly, it explores the responsible parties to the such kind of children. It also studies the consequences and risks that result from such phenomenon. Finally some recommendation and solutions were stated.
