The current study deals with the problems that accompanied the digitized theses at the Iraqi Universities. The study classified within the general sense of the digital vessels which became widely spread nowadays. The study tackles the required factors behind the so-called digitizing revolution and its futuristic perspectives. Finally the study introduces some recommendations and solutions for more benefit of the the digital technologies.
