The present study sheds light on the situation of the rural women. It focuses on the multi-layers of human development. It also investigates the relation between women and more precisely the rural women and development since they have an active role in development process in its human dimension. Although we will present the subject from general angle, but we mainly focus on the situation of rural women in Iraq and Arab homeland.
