Abstract

Our study will be limited to the authenticity of telex and messages sent by e-mail, in order to widen the scope of their use in natural and moral transactions for people, which requires their presence to be legally regulated in our Arab legislation, in order to keep pace with this enormous development that we will reach communication messages and information transfer technology in the future. We will study this research in two chapters. Chapter One: The Authentic Telex Evidence. The first topic: the strength of the trix in the evidence The second topic: the legal problems raised by the proof by telex Chapter two: the authenticity of the messages sent by e-mail in the evidence The first topic: The power of electronic messages in the proof The second topic: The legal problems raised by the electronic messages in the proof.
