Abstract

It is not hidden from everyone with insight that the Iraqi society is subjected to vandalism, destruction, looting and theft of most of its institutions, ministries, and cultural monuments, as evidenced by the theft of most of its antiquities and artistic property through an organized planning carried out by gangs linked to intelligence at the local and global level.
