Abstract
The academic library is an essential axis in the learning process and scientific research plans. Academic libraries have evolved in recent years and diversified their activities to add to their known traditional services, well-known services and other services, most notably information services and what they use of advanced methods such as direct automatic research, selective transmission of information, ongoing briefing and internal borrowing between Libraries as well as plans to guide readers. This development in services has raised the degree of relationship between the academic library on the one hand and academic and teaching activities in the fields of scientific research in higher education institutions on the other hand to a greater level of complexity and interaction so that the library has to follow Various methods and the development of various plans to introduce beneficiaries to their new services that these services can contribute to in support and revitalization of the scientific research movement and the rest of the academic activities of the beneficiaries As it has become necessary for the beneficiaries to raise the degree of their relationship with the library to a greater level of interaction and follow-up of developments in their services directed to service With their research.
