Abstract

The paper aims at investigating weather working conditions can possibly affect the workers performance and motives as well. The research sample consists of 105 workers chosen randomly. A two part questionnaire is utilized as a research tool. The first part represents general information while the second represents questions answered by the sample. Through utilizing statistical methods, the study concludes that working conditions affect the workers health and production. Hence, the researcher recommends taking care of the workers through providing the suitable working atmosphere in order to insure their health and comfort as well as increasing their production.
